•Login เข้า True App version 10.11.0 ขึ้นไป และกดปุ่ม “รูปคน ที่มุมขวาบน” เพื่อไปที่หน้าข้อมูลบัญชี จากนั้นอายุการใช้งานจะแสดงที่ด้านล่างของเบอร์บริการ

Terms & Conditions
1. For TrueOnline customers,
•Registered completely as the individual customer with the active service status and no outstanding payments as of 28 Feb 2026, and
•Have at least 12 months of TrueOnline service as of 27 Mar 2026. Service tenure is determined by the longest-running service among your all TrueOnline registered under the same ThaiID/ passport number, and
•Accumulated pre-vat spending across all latest TrueOnline bills under the same ThaiID/ passport number must be 300THB or more as of 28 Feb 2026.
Remark:
•For TrueOnline customers who have bundled your TrueOnline with other True services under True Convergence packages must redeem privileges according to True Convergence terms and conditions. (Limited to a single redemption per Thai ID/passport number per campaign). These customers are not eligible to redeem privileges under the TrueOnline criteria.

2. KFC Privilege Redemption Details:
Eligible customers may redeem the following KFC privileges based on their tenure:
• Customers with 10+ years of tenure: Entitled to a complimentary KFC x TRUE Finger Lickin’ Bucket set (valued at THB 264), consisting of 5 pieces of Fried Chicken and 2 pieces of Wingz Zabb. (Excluding beverages).
• Customers with 5–9 years of tenure: Entitled to a complimentary KFC x TRUE Secret Recipe set (valued at THB 135), consisting of 3 pieces of Fried Chicken. (Excluding beverages).
• Customers with 1–4 years of tenure: Entitled to a complimentary KFC x TRUE Rookie Meal set (valued at THB 84), consisting of 1 piece of Fried Chicken and 7 pieces of Pop Chicken. (Excluding beverages).

3. Redemption Quota and Conditions: The privilege is limited to a single redemption per ThaiID/ passport number per campaign (Subject to availability).
• Customers with 10+ years of tenure may select any one of the following options:

• Customers with 1–4 years of tenure may select any one of the following options:

Please note that customers who have already redeemed this KFC privilege are not eligible to claim any Thank YOUniversary privileges from March 27 and April 30, 2026.

4. Promotion Period:
• Redemption Period: Starts from March 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM onwards, or until all privileges are claimed as determined by the Company.
• Usage Period: Valid only on March 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM. (Must be used within the same day; cannot be carried over to the following day).

5. In the event that a redemption code (alphanumeric only) is claimed but not used within the specified period for any reason, the Company reserves the right to decline any form of compensation, including but not limited to code reissue, privilege restoration, or refund.
6. Customers must present the redemption code (alphanumeric only) to staff before using the privilege at participating KFC branches only.
7. Redemption codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. All decisions made by the Company shall be final.
8. Privileges in this campaign cannot be exchanged for cash, other prizes, or other benefits. Furthermore, privileges are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
9. The Company reserves the right to grant these benefits exclusively to customers who meet the specified terms and conditions.
10. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the privilege has been voided or if a valid redemption code is not presented.
11. In the event that a code is stolen, destroyed, or used without the owner's permission, the Company will not issue a refund under any circumstances.
12. For customers who undergo any type of ownership transfer (whether to the same or a new individual), the service tenure will be reset to zero starting from the date of the transfer.
13. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any privileges for individuals who engage in fraudulent or illegal activities or fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this campaign.
14. The Company reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel any terms or conditions of this campaign as deemed appropriate without prior notice in the event of technical errors, product shortages, or if stock runs out ahead of schedule.
15. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

17. This privilege is valid at all KFC branches, except for branches at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Don Mueang International Airport, and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
18. This privilege is valid for dine-in and takeaway services only.
19. Complimentary items obtained through this privilege cannot be exchanged for cash.
20. The Company reserves the right to change the promotion details, conditions, and expiry date without prior notice.
