Terms & Conditions

1. Customers can redeem the Ta Tang package exclusively via the TrueID application or website.
2. Existing customers must log in with their TrueID account. New customers must register using their mobile phone number before redeeming the promotional code.
3. Visit the TrueID website to redeem the free viewing privilege by entering the promotional code at https://myaccount.trueid.net/promocodes.
4. Limited to 1 privilege per mobile number. The package is valid for 7 days from the date of successful registration and can be accessed on 1 device via mobile phone only.
5. The promotional code must be redeemed by 15 September 2026. Customers who already have an active weekly or monthly Ta Tang package are not eligible for this promotion.
6. Customers can start using the Ta Tang service and watch vertical series at TrueID App or https://tatang.trueid.net/
7. The privilege cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The company reserves the right to immediately cancel the privilege in cases of fraud or misuse.
