Details
- To redeem the privilege is simply by login in the TrueID application (the user must be a TruemoveH number) 
- Any True customer who using True Vision for 6 months or above and using at least Happy Family HD or above be able to upgrade Package 1 step as a privilege (Except customer who use TrueID box).
- All true vision customer can gain a benefit of upgrading the True Vision 1 step. Excluding the customer who using a platinum package will gain 100 true point instead.
- To redeem the privileged customer must achieve three criteria: having one or more truemoveh number, having an active status and paid all bill.
- True customer status must be active.
- Redemption is allowed once a month
- Terms and conditions as designated by the company
