True Black card customer be able to upgrade speed internet up to 1000/1000 Mbps

- 1 customer / 1 redemption/ month
- Redemption is allowed once a month
- To redeem the privilege is simply by login in the TrueID application (the user must be a TruemoveH number)
- Any True Black Card customer who using 599 packages or above be able to upgrade the speed internet (TOL) as a privilege
- Any True Black Card customer who willing to redeem the fibre internet, 1000/1000 Mbps, must be living in the coverage area of fibre optic (FTTH)
- If any True Black Card customer who cannot redeem the privilege (1000/1000 Mbps), True will provide 30 true points instead. There are two main causes that True Black Card customer will not receive this privilege. First, the technology around the place or property of customer is not supporting the fibre or FTTH. Second, the True Black Card customer already has an additional package.
- To redeem the privileged customer must achieve three criteria: having one or more truemoveh number, having an active status and paid all bill
- True Black Card customer status must be active
- If any True Black Card customer who using Sook2 and Sook3 package must change user profile to True Super Fiber before redeeming the privilege (up to 1000/1000 Mbps)
- The speed internet will be fluctuated or not equal to the package depending on the technical and relevant factors
- Terms and conditions as designated by the company
