- For any existing customer who willing to receive an additional privilege from True Online, TruemoveH, True Vision by True internet corporation and/or True Vision Group. All of the departments are subjected to company
1. Any customer who willing to earn the privilege from True Visions must be follow the requirement below (1-10)
(1) True Vision: True Blue, True red and True Black card customer to upgrade the package 1 step from currently package in 30 days since the redemption date. The maximum times of redemption is 3 times in a year excepted the customer who use the TrueID box will not include in this privilege. The customer who use platinum package will bot allow to join this promotion but our company will provide 100 True point instead.
2.Any customer who willing to redeem this privilege must me meet the entire requirement on (1). Any customer must use at least one Truemoveh number, have an active status, and redeem the privilege via TrueID application by using a Truemoveh number as a user to login.
3.There is two main status that customer must have before earning this privilege; having an active status and paid all bill.
4.The customer who eligible to earn this privilege must be used True Vision for 6 months and used Happy family package or above.
5.This privilege cannot return or exchange to cash or selling to anybody and cannot apply to the other promotion.
6.The right to change, suspend, and cancel the privilege is belonging to the company, True Corporation, anytime and anywhere as the company want without warning. All of the change, suspend, and cancel the privilege are made by the company rely on the relevant situation, government policy, and an announcement from the relevant department. If the terms and conditions of the privilege are changed for some reason. The company has the right to amend, change, suspend or cancel the privilege conditions as specified by the company. Also, the company will be informed in advance through appropriate communication channels.
7.The right to change, suspend, and cancel all of the contents, channel, and live tv show is belonging to the company, True Corporation.
8.The privilege can be used like once or cannot apply to the other promotion
9.Changing, suspending, and cancelling all of the terms and conditions of TrueMoveH, True Vision, and True Online is belonging to the company, True Corporation.
10.Customer are consent and accept the entire terms and condition above to receive the privilege from our company via a certain channel.
